Alyssa Blue
I attended St. John with my parents for the first time in February 2014. I was living in Austin, but St. John quickly became my parent’s home church and one that I attended anytime I was home. Pastor Jon and I connected over our passion for reaching as many people as possible through different forms of communication and branding. As I found myself and my family stationed in Germany, a great opportunity presented itself that allowed me to work on different forms of marketing and communications for the church. I am grateful for the work I get to do for St. John.
My husband, Michael, is a musician in the Army, and we have three kids and a black lab that we drag all over. On the weekends, you can find us exploring the East Coast, doing anything outdoors, or smoking lots of meat to feed our neighbors Texas-style BBQ. We have settled into our final duty station before my husband retires, but anytime we are in Texas, you will surely catch us at St. John!
