About MATH CAMP
As a community outreach, St. John Lutheran Church is hosting MATH CAMP 2022. MATH CAMP is designed to keep children's math skills fresh over the summer. Most MATH CAMP activities are original and were created by an experienced math teacher/tutor for her students. Additional activities/resources have been carefully vetted for an intended learning or practice.
Campers
MATH CAMP is designed for Campers who are entering 3rd grade through those entering 8th Grade. The cost of MATH CAMP is $25/child with a maximum of $45/family.
Coaches
Every year our high school youth are Coaches for MATH CAMP. Volunteering as a Coach is not only a ‘service hour’ opportunity, but it is an awesome chance to come along side our Campers to offer encouragement, to work a tricky problem together or to play a game that practices important skills.
